Zach Jackson previously served as the Assistant General Manager at the New England Sports Center, a massive eight-rink facility in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Before that role, he spent four years with the Nashville Predators, rising from a coordinator to the Senior Hockey Manager position. During his tenure in Nashville, he helped establish the youth hockey foundation at the Ford Ice Center and launched the Preds Select Travel program.

Regarding his international experience, Zach served as the US Ambassador for Hockey Without Borders and coached youth programs in Subotica, Serbia. Furthermore, he conducted various hockey clinics and camps across Serbia, Bosnia, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia to grow the sport globally. He also gained valuable leadership experience as the Hockey Director for Camp Laurel and as an assistant coach for the Florida Institute of Technology.

Following a brief professional playing season with HK Spartak in the Serbian Championship League, Zach transitioned fully into hockey operations and coaching. Earlier in his career, he played club hockey at James Madison University and earned the Washington Capitals Hobey Baker Character Award. Today, he applies his diverse global and professional background to drive the success of student-athletes within the TPH organization.
