About Lisa Mannion

Lisa Mannion, a native of Chicago, serves as a key academic leader for TPH Nashville with over twenty-five years of teaching experience. Regarding her education, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. She later completed a Master’s in Educational Instructional Technology at Austin Peay State University to enhance her expertise in modern learning platforms.

Throughout her career, Lisa has taught grades two through ten and even instructed ESL students while living in South Korea. Furthermore, she possesses extensive experience in virtual schooling and has guided competitive athletes through online coursework during busy travel seasons. This background allows her to provide the flexible and specialized academic support that high-performing student-athletes require to succeed.

Today, Lisa and her military husband have settled in Nashville with their two sons after living across the United States. Consequently, she utilizes her deep understanding of instructional technology to ensure every TPH student-athlete remains on track with their educational goals. Her versatile teaching history makes her an essential mentor for students navigating the balance between elite sports and rigorous academics.
