Pat O’Neill

Pat O’Neill, born and raised in Freeport, Illinois, earned his Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Education from Illinois State University. Furthermore, he completed an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership at Augusta University. These academic achievements provided a strong foundation for his diverse career in both the public and private sectors.

Regarding his professional history, O’Neill dedicated over a decade to serving as a high school educator and four years as a principal. Following his time in school leadership, he spent ten years working in training, business development, and corporate operations. Consequently, he offers a unique blend of instructional expertise and operational knowledge to TPH Academy.

Today, O’Neill applies his extensive background to drive growth and improve organizational efficiency within his current role. In addition, his experience in leadership allows him to mentor staff and streamline complex business processes effectively.
