About Steve Sanders

Steve Sanders serves as Chief Growth Officer at TPH Academy, where he helps expand opportunities for student-athletes and families through strategic growth, partnerships, and innovation. A respected leader in youth sports, Sanders brings executive experience from SPIRE Academy, IMG Academy, FC Barcelona US Academy, and Evert Tennis Academy, along with leadership roles across some of the world’s most recognized sports and entertainment organizations.

A former U.S. Army officer and helicopter pilot, Sanders is passionate about helping student-athletes reach their full potential both in and out of sport. As a hockey coach and father, he understands firsthand the impact sports can have on confidence, resilience, leadership, and character. At TPH Academy, he is committed to growing a model that empowers student-athletes to pursue excellence in academics and athletics while preparing for success beyond sport.
