Francis Anzalone joined TPH Academy in the summer of 2017. At that time, he transitioned from full-time coaching to an executive role. As a 2010 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he brings immense experience to the team. Specifically, he offers 10 years of coaching and scouting at the youth, NAHL, and USHL levels.

While serving as COO, Francis remains very active in the coaching world. For instance, he serves on the staff of the Latvian Under-20 National Team. During his four years coaching overseas, he helped Latvia win three silver medals. These prestigious honors were earned at the World Junior Championships.

In addition to his business leadership, Francis focuses heavily on player growth. To support this, he created “Coach FA’s Mentorship Program.” This 12-lesson program assists student-athletes on their personal journeys. Ultimately, the goal is to help them become the best players, students, and people possible.
