About Aaron Kitchell

Aaron Kitchell joined the TPH Academy team after sixteen years of leading accounting and finance departments for various private and public organizations. Before joining TPH, he began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm to build a strong foundation in financial principles. He later served as the Division Group Controller for a Fortune 300 company, overseeing seven manufacturing facilities across two countries.

Regarding his most recent role, Aaron served as the Vice President of Finance for the fifth-largest Kombucha manufacturer in the world. Furthermore, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon with a minor in statistics. These professional and academic experiences allow him to manage complex financial operations with a high degree of precision and strategic insight.

Today, Aaron utilizes his deep corporate background to streamline financial processes and drive sustainable growth for the entire TPH organization. Consequently, he plays a vital role in ensuring the long-term fiscal health and operational efficiency of the company’s diverse athletic programs. His leadership helps bridge the gap between high-level financial planning and the daily needs of the TPH Academy.
