Riitta Widelski, a native of Finland, serves as the Manager of People, Culture, and Development for TPH Academy. Since 2003, she has worked in various Human Resources roles, including employee relations, recruiting, leadership training, and professional mentoring. She also manages first-hand work in administration, compliance, and policy implementation for the organization.

Regarding her academic background, Riitta earned a Master of Human Resources and an International Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Furthermore, she holds two professional Human Resources certifications and maintains her status as a certified life coach.

Beyond her professional career, Riitta serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Merit Badge Counselor for a local Boy Scout troop. In addition, she is an avid fisher who enjoys spending time outdoors. These diverse experiences allow her to bring a well-rounded and disciplined perspective to her leadership role.
