About Mitchell Lefkowitz
Mitchell Lefkowitz is a dynamic and highly respected educational leader with over 30 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and administration. Most recently serving as the longtime Activities Director at Rockwood Summit High School, Mitch has overseen 25 varsity sports, 40+ student clubs, and countless facility upgrades—transforming the student experience through vision, organization, and heart.
With degrees from the University of Kansas and UMSL, Mitch has worn many hats: classroom teacher, assistant principal, coach, mentor, and MSHSAA official. Known for his ability to connect, lead, and inspire, he was named the 2024 St. Louis Athletic Director of the Year and the 2022 Missouri Soccer Coaches Association Administrator of the Year.
Mitch’s blend of professionalism, communication, and student-first values will not only make him an exceptional educator at TPH St. Louis —but a true pillar in our community.
