Ian Mackey

Ian Mackey is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Ice Den Performance. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Ian played his minor hockey with Team Illinois before advancing to junior hockey in Manitoba and later competing at the Canadian university level with Simon Fraser University. His playing career continued professionally both overseas and in the ECHL.  Drawing from his extensive playing background, Ian brings years of hands-on experience in strength and conditioning and off-ice player development. He now dedicates his expertise to helping athletes elevate their performance, develop strong training habits, and achieve their personal goals in the gym.
