Crystal Roe

Crystal has 25 years of coaching experience in Arizona and California. Throughout her career, she has coached players at every level. Specifically, she has guided athletes from their first steps to Major Junior hockey. In addition to coaching, Crystal has deep knowledge in sports massage and rehabilitation.

This background allows her to collaborate closely with doctors and therapists. Notably, she specializes in body mechanics and movement video analysis. Crystal understands that proper skating technique is the foundation of the game. Consequently, her goal is to make elite skating feel like second nature.

Beyond technical skills, she is dedicated to helping athletes grow off the ice at TPH Academy. To achieve this, she creates personalized training programs for every player. These programs build confidence and instill a strong work ethic. Ultimately, her supportive coaching style is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.
