With over 25 years of dedicated coaching and training experience, David Bauer brings an unparalleled level of expertise to the TPH Academy team. Throughout his career, Coach Dave has been deeply involved in every stage of the game, mentoring athletes at every level of youth hockey, from the foundational “Mighty Mites” to the competitive Junior ranks.

In addition to his work with youth programs, Bauer boasts a significant background in the NCAA circuit. His resume includes seven years of high-level college coaching at prestigious institutions, specifically Millersville University, the University of Maine, and Penn State University. Consequently, he understands exactly what it takes for student-athletes to transition from elite youth tiers to the collegiate stage.

Beyond the bench, Bauer has also established himself as a leader in technical growth. He has successfully operated specialized skill development programs for players throughout the tri-state area, focusing on the tactical nuances of the sport. As a result, TPH student-athletes now have direct access to a coach who combines veteran experience with a modern approach to player advancement.
