About Chris Baer
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Chris Baer serves as a premier facility manager and dedicated hockey program director. Currently, he serves as skills coach for our TPH Academy student-athletes in Philadelphia. He also holds the dual role of Head Coach and General Manager for the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers organization within the Atlantic District. Furthermore, Chris is widely recognized throughout the hockey community for his commitment to program growth, elite player development, and cohesive team-building.
Throughout his extensive coaching tenure, Chris has established a proven track record of advancing talented athletes to the NCAA collegiate ranks. Additionally, he has consistently led his teams to success at the national level by fostering a culture of high standards and accountability. Consequently, his unique ability to manage both the business operations and on-ice strategy makes him a vital asset to the TPH team.
Beyond his managerial duties, Chris focuses on creating pathways for student-athletes to reach their highest potential within the competitive hockey landscape.
