Carrie Drake

Carrie Drake is a marketing executive and operator who sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth. She brings a deep background in operations management, content strategy, events, and partner engagement. Carrie is heavily involved in the Northern Virginia youth hockey community, helping lead the Loudoun Knights Hockey Club and supporting programs through the Stay In The Game Foundation where she’s focused on building sustainable programs, strengthening the family experience, and creating more development pathways for athletes. She’s excited to collaborate with the TPH team and help make the ION partnership a success for players, families, and coaches.
