Kevin Shand

Kevin Shand serves as the Director of Player Development for the Windy City Storm. He also acts as the Head Coach of the 18U team. Kevin joined the Storm following a successful season with the Elite Hockey Academy. There, his player-first approach fueled a major program turnaround. This success helped twelve of his players advance to the Junior-A level.

Previously, Kevin spent four years leading the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals. He earned recognition for developing high-character and high-performing athletes. In addition to coaching, he scouts for the Green Bay Gamblers in the USHL. He has also coached with NAR Hockey during his career.

As a player, Kevin competed in the NAHL, USHL, and NCAA Division III. He is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). Kevin brings extensive experience in player advancement and scouting to the TPH Windy City team.
