About Cody Williams
Cody is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. He began playing roller hockey at age three. At age eight, he transitioned to ice hockey. Cody moved to Kansas City in 2008 to play for the Russell Stover AAA program. In 2010, the Aberdeen Wings drafted him into the NAHL.
Cody then played junior hockey in various leagues across the US and Canada. After his junior career, he worked as the Lead Skills Instructor at Hockey Center Kansas City. In 2015, Cody returned home to play for the UNLV hockey team in the ACHA. During his college years, he served as an assistant captain for two seasons.
He served as captain during his senior year and led the team in points all four years. After graduating in 2019, Cody continued his playing career in France. He played two seasons of ice hockey for the Evry/Viry Jets. He also played one season of roller hockey for the Epernay Bombardiers.
Cody led both of his French teams in scoring all three seasons. Between his professional seasons, he served as the Head Skills Instructor for Bar Down Training. This facility is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
