Kourtenay Cisterna

Kourtenay Cisterna brings 15 years of classroom experience and a strong background in curriculum design, student assessment and individualized academic support to her role as Head of Academics. She holds a Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Throughout her career, Kourtenay has used data-driven strategies and tailored learning plans to support diverse student needs, strengthen engagement and help each student reach their academic goals.
