Valerie Hofmann

Valerie Hofmann is originally from the Chicago area. She moved to Memphis as a teenager and has been there since. She attended Christian Brothers University and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. After graduating, she worked as an academic advisor at the university. Valerie has an extensive retail management background. She also worked in early childhood education for 13 years. Most recently, Valerie and her husband opened a private medical practice and sleep clinic in which she is the practice administrator. While her children attended Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, she co-chaired their annual auction for three years and she helped to raise over $150,000. She also held various chair positions on sport and band booster clubs and parent committees at her children’s schools. As a parent of a world championship dancer, a distinguished student musician, and a TPH Academy student going on his fifth year of competitive travel hockey, Valerie is looking forward to bringing her personal experiences to help guide the TPH student-athletes in balancing their sport passions and academic journeys.
