About Taylor Keyworth
Taylor Keyworth, a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, currently serves as the Director of Hockey Operations for the TPH Academy in Grand Rapids. Before moving into leadership, he competed in four seasons of collegiate hockey as a standout player at Davenport University. He eventually transitioned into coaching, utilizing his deep understanding of the game to mentor athletes across the state.
Regarding his early coaching career, Keyworth served as an assistant coach for Aquinas College from 2015 through 2020. During the 2019-2020 season, he also held the position of head coach for the Byron Center High School varsity hockey team. Following these roles, he accepted his current position as the head coach with the Fox Motors hockey club.
Today, Taylor balances his coaching duties with his operational responsibilities at the TPH Academy Grand Rapids. Consequently, he plays a vital role in developing elite youth talent and managing the daily growth of the TPH program. His extensive experience across collegiate and AAA levels provides a unique and valuable perspective for aspiring local athletes.
