Madelyn Sheppard

Madelyn Sheppard is excited to join TPH Academy as an Academic Success Coach. Originally from the small town of Alliston, Ontario, Madelyn moved to Kingston to pursue her studies and earned both a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Drama and a Bachelor of Education. She is now an Ontario Certified Teacher with diverse teaching experience across multiple age groups.

Madelyn spent the past year teaching internationally in Thailand, where she taught math, English, and social studies. This opportunity enriched her global perspective on education and strengthened her ability to adapt to different teaching environments and learning needs.

Madelyn attended an academy style professional ballet school growing up, where she gained firsthand experience in balancing academics with intensive training. This unique background allows her to deeply relate to the student-athletes at TPH. During her university years, she was an active member of the school’s dance team, where she continued to successfully balance her studies with her passion for dance.

Madelyn is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports each student’s individual journey. She thrives on building strong relationships, promoting academic growth, and empowering students to exceed their own expectations. She is eager to bring her energy, creativity, and commitment to TPH Academy and is excited to support student-athletes in achieving their full potential both in the classroom and beyond.
