Justin Dehmer

Justin Dehmer has excelled in the field of education for over two decades, currently serving as an Instructional Coach and Math Teacher at Southeast Polk High School in Altoona, IA. He achieved remarkable success in Iowa high school athletics by leading the Boys Varsity baseball program at Martensdale-St. Mary’s High School to three consecutive state titles and a national record 88-game win streak. Recognized as the Iowa High School Baseball Association Coach of the Year for three consecutive seasons, Dehmer’s passion for coaching extends beyond the field.

As a former collegiate baseball player, Dehmer founded 1-Pitch Warrior, an online mindset and measurement curriculum course, and now works as a team and coach consultant, motivational speaker, and published author. Leveraging his expertise, he supports TPH Academy student-athletes and families by sharing valuable experiences and perspectives.

While Dehmer’s leadership focuses on maximizing student-athletes’ potential in sports, he finds greater fulfillment in helping students excel in academics and life. A graduate of Grand Canyon University, he is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of student-athletes at TPH Academy Des Moines, guiding them to success both on and off the field.
