About Cody Gylling
Born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, Cody Gylling excelled in the North American Hockey League (NAHL), scoring over 130 points in three seasons and competing in 2 NAHL Top Prospects Tournaments. Notably, Cody made history as the first-ever player to commit to Division 1 at Arizona State University, where he played and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Management from the W.P Carey School of Business.
Cody has since transitioned into coaching, spending time at Arizona Hockey Union from 2019-2021 and serving as a Skills Director and Coach. Most recently, Gylling completed a two-year tenure as the Assistant Coach for the Amarillo Wranglers in the North American Hockey League. Cody not only mentored the NAHL Defenseman of the Year in 2022-2023 but also played a pivotal role in advancing 13 players to NCAA Division 1.
