About Paul Healey

Healey, a native of Edmonton, Alberta, a graduate of the WHL, and a draft pick of the Flyers, was part of four National Hockey League organizations during an extensive playing career from 1992 to 2010. He captured championships twice, first as a member of the AHL’s Philadelphia Phantoms in 1998 and then, ten years later, while playing overseas in Slovenia with Jesenice. A three-time captain with the AHL’s St. John’s Maple Leafs, Lowell Lock Monsters, and San Antonio Rampage, Healey concluded his professional career in 2010, having totaled over 1,000 games played. Since then, Paul has dedicated himself to youth coaching, on-ice hockey instruction, and Academy leadership. The year 2024-2025 will mark his fourth as a member of the TPH Team and allow him to bring the knowledge he has gained with TPH in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to the student-athletes and families within TPH Philadelphia’s vast ecosystem.
