Partnership with a Proven Academy Provider
TPH Academy brings 10 years of experience in delivering its leading-edge Study-Train-Play academy model. Now spanning the United States and Canada with nearly 20 locations, over 150 team members, and 1,000 families proudly served annually, TPH Academy is leading the world in the holistic development of student-athletes.
Implement Local TPH Leadership Onsite or Receive Offsite-Only Support
Whether it’s a full-time Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Academy, an education-focused Head of Academics and student-centered Academic Success Coach, or a combination the two, TPH Academy will source, hire, onboard, train, and supervise knowledgeable, passionate team members who will be coached to implement The TPH Way with the same diligence applied in a full TPH Academy.
Installation of TPH Academy’s Blended Academic Learning Model
TPH will bring all the benefits of its unique Blended Academic Learning Model to the Powered by partnership – A best-of-both-worlds experience tailored to the aspiring-elite student-athlete, Blended Learning combines virtual curriculum with on-site supervision, facilitation, and support. The TPH Academy academic experience allows for flexibility, customization, and personal discovery, with all aspects of the experience designed and implemented to allow aspiring-elite-student-athletes to unlock newfound levels of potential inside and outside of the classroom.
TPH provides individualized, customized, mastery-based, Ontario and NCAA-accredited online platforms for both middle and high school students through virtual academic partners. Our blended learning platform offers:
Utilization of TPH infrastructure
We help to create an environment and facilitate an experience that will delight your families and their thriving student-athletes. To achieve that, Powered by TPH Academies have access to all the TPH resources you need. TPH’s National Support Team, our leading edge student-athlete performance app, academic and sports collaboration hubs, the TPH Academy Operations Playbook, registration software, and the Navigate360 holistic safety and wellness program are just some of the resources that Powered By TPH partners can tap into.
Access to TPH Applications that Power Holistic Development
TPH Academy student-athletes partake in a mentorship program – an actual TPH-led course that assists them on their athletic journeys. They become holistically connected in the TPH Performance App, a tool that allows for wellness, commitment, and performance to be tangible and measurable. And they gain access to the TPH Performance Zone, featuring a wide range of offerings that support the most dedicated, driven student-athletes who have a desire “for more.”
Social, Community, and Real World Experiences:
- Guest speakers for each term across a range of disciplines (sports, business, leadership)
- Class participation in TPH-wide events, such as National Women in Sports Day, bullying prevention, guest speakers across disciplines, and college prep
- A minimum of 1 community service effort per term, such as food drives, letters to veterans, or holidays gifts for families in need
- Student-centered activities, such as investment club or public speaking skills development
Coach FA’s Mentorship Program:
Provide all student-athletes with access to Coach FA’s Mentorship Program, Foundations in Personal Development, and Elite-Athlete Mindset, a course built for TPH Academy attendees by TPH COO Francis Anzalone.
This program is delivered in 10 sessions per year, through Zoom, and comes with a course workbook. Modules include:
- The 9 Core TPH Way Principles for Aspiring Elite Student-Athletes
- Energy Channels 7-9
- Purpose, Vision, and Planning
- Coping With Stress and Pressure in Sports
- Programming Your Energy Cable Line-Up
- Personality, Performance, Pre-Game Preparation
