Elizabeth McNear

Registered Dietitian (RD) and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance

Liz has over 10 years of experience working with athletes at all levels and has a passion for helping athletes achieve their health and performance goals. While the bulk of her career has been spent working with collegiate athletics, she has extensive experience working with individuals ranging from high school to professional sports organizations. 

Throughout her career, she has honed skills in nutrition coaching for sport performance, body composition assessment and change, intuitive eating, supplement evaluation and recommendations, hydration, and nutrition for injury prevention and recovery. During her career, she has taught college level courses and given countless presentations on various performance nutrition topics. This has lent itself to an education based approach in her nutrition coaching. Elizabeth focuses on educating her athletes to develop fueling habits for a lifetime that will support both their health and performance goals.

Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), and a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitian Association (CPSDA)

Bryan is a proven leader in sports nutrition with over 15 years of experience working with professional athletes. Prior to accepting a position in the NCAA, Bryan served as the longest-tenured dietitian in the NFL while spending nearly 14 years as the Director of Team Nutrition for the Denver Broncos. While at the Broncos, he took part in five AFC West division titles, two AFC Championships and a victory in Super Bowl 50. Bryan was responsible for nutrition programming, sweat testing, sleep education, body composition assessments and nutrition education for the organization as well as growth and development of the nutrition and culinary staff. In addition to his work in the NFL, Bryan has extensive experience in the NHL, NBA, and MLB serving as a consultant for many years with the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, and Colorado Rockies. His other professional experience includes speaking engagements around the country speaking on topics including recovery nutrition, sleep, pre-game fueling, leadership, and how to optimize food for performance and reducing injury.

Throughout his career, he has led the way in dietary analyses, menu development, and body composition testing while evaluating dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness, hydration, and proper fueling.

Over the past 5 years, Bryan has shifted gears by working with elite student-athletes and their parents; aiding them in achieving their nutrition goals. Additionally, he has conducted a hefty amount of educational presentations for Colorado-based high school and collegiate student-athletes that cover everything from proper hydration tips to maintaining a healthy in-season muscle mass and weight. Developing innovative solutions to keep TPH Academy student-athletes alert in the classroom while maximizing their athletic performance is what Bryan values and are his motivators.
