TPH Academy Welcomes Caitlyn Zaranek as Head of Partnerships & Fundraising

TPH Academy is excited to welcome Caitlyn Zaranek as its new Head of Partnerships & Fundraising, strengthening the organization’s commitment to expanding opportunities for student-athletes through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and philanthropic support.

In her new role, Zaranek will lead corporate partnership development, fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and sponsorship strategy for both TPH Academy and the TPH Impact Player Foundation. Her work will help expand the resources available to support student-athletes and create meaningful partnerships with organizations that share TPH’s mission.

Zaranek joins TPH with a strong background in corporate partnerships and sponsorship activation across professional sports. Most recently, she managed partnership strategy and activation for 313 Presents, overseeing relationships across premier venues including Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, Pine Knob Music Theatre, The Fox Theatre, and several other Detroit-area entertainment venues. In that role, she secured and managed corporate partnerships, negotiated sponsorship agreements, developed activation strategies, and delivered measurable value for partners through innovative marketing and fan engagement initiatives.

Prior to 313 Presents, Zaranek worked with St. Louis CITY SC, where she coordinated high-profile club events and partner activations and supported sponsorship growth and community engagement. She also spent time with the St. Louis Blues, contributing to fan engagement, community programming, corporate partnerships, and fundraising efforts through the Blues for Kids Foundation.

Launched in 2023, the TPH Impact Player Foundation provides scholarships and financial assistance to student-athletes and their families, helping more young people pursue excellence in athletics, academics, and leadership. As the Foundation continues to grow, Zaranek’s leadership represents an important investment in expanding its reach and long-term impact.

Originally from New England and a graduate of the University of Maine, Zaranek is passionate about building relationships that create lasting opportunities for student-athletes.

“I am passionate about building meaningful partnerships, expanding fundraising initiatives, and creating opportunities that support TPH Academy’s student-athletes and long-term growth,” said Zaranek. “I’m excited to work alongside organizations and individuals who believe in investing in the next generation of Impact Players.”

As TPH Academy continues to grow across North America, strategic partnerships will play an increasingly important role in creating new opportunities for student-athletes both on and off the ice. Through corporate sponsorships, donor support, and community partnerships, TPH and the TPH Impact Player Foundation will continue advancing their mission of developing Impact Players in sport, academics, and life.
