Rebecca Lindeman Named Director of TPH Academy Philadelphia

A seasoned educator and advocate for student success steps in to lead a new era for student-athletes in the Greater Philly region.

A lifelong educator, mentor, and advocate for student-athletes, Rebecca Lindeman has always believed that growth happens when young people are empowered academically, athletically, and personally. TPH Academy is proud to announce Rebecca as Director of TPH Academy Philadelphia, where she will lead the charge in helping student-athletes unlock their full potential through the proven Study-Train-Play model.

Rebecca (Becky) Lindeman

From the classroom to administrative offices and countless one-on-one mentoring moments, Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in education, spanning public, private, and alternative learning environments. Her resume showcases a deep dedication to supporting student growth: from special education teacher to case manager, learning support specialist, and most recently, a student teaching supervisor at Eastern University. She has walked alongside students and families through nearly every educational milestone and challenge.

What sets Rebecca apart is her ability to blend empathy with execution. “Rebecca has a gift for meeting each student where they are,” shared TPH Philadelphia Executive Director Kevin Holt. “She knows how to build relationships that drive accountability, motivation, and self-direction. She’s the exact kind of leader we want shaping the next generation of impact student-athletes in Philadelphia.”

Rebecca is no stranger to blended and personalized education. Her work at institutions like YSC Academy and Fusion Academy, both of which support non-traditional learners—many of them athletes—makes her an ideal fit to lead TPH Academy Philadelphia. Her familiarity with individualized learning plans, executive functioning, and differentiated instruction directly aligns with the TPH Academy model, which is rooted in flexibility, mentorship, and real-world readiness.

Located within Ice Line Quad Rinks in West Chester, PA, TPH Academy Philadelphia offers middle and high school student-athletes the opportunity to pursue a high-quality, NCAA-accredited education without compromising dedication to their sport. Through TPH’s Study-Train-Play model, learners follow a personalized daily schedule that balances academics, sport training, sports performance development, and mentorship in a fully integrated environment. The result: Student-athletes who are confident, academically equipped, and prepared to excel on and off the field, rink, or court.

“I’m honored to join TPH Academy and lead our Philadelphia team,” shared Rebecca Lindeman. “I’ve spent my entire career helping students find their rhythm and realize their abilities, even when the traditional path didn’t quite fit. That’s exactly what TPH is about—meeting student-athletes where they are, supporting them holistically, and helping them pursue excellence in all they do.”

With Rebecca at the helm, families in the Greater Philadelphia area can expect a leader who not only understands the demands of sport and school but who has also built a career on helping students thrive in both.
