TPH Academy is proud to announce the addition of Jade Marsh as Head of Admissions, bringing with her more than a decade of experience supporting families through the online education journey and helping students find pathways built around their individual goals and passions.

Throughout her career in education technology and student support, Jade has worked closely with thousands of families navigating non-traditional academic models, including student-athletes and students pursuing elite opportunities outside of the traditional classroom. Her background spans leadership, onboarding, customer experience, and educational operations, all centered around one priority: creating a smooth, supportive, and personalized experience for every family she works with.

Most recently, Jade served as a Strategic Account Manager for Minecraft Education at Microsoft, where she partnered with more than 100 educational institutions to improve engagement, onboarding, and long-term student success. She also led large-scale teacher-training programs and collaborated across departments to enhance the educational experience for schools and families alike.

Prior to her time at Microsoft, Jade spent more than 10 years with K12 Inc in a variety of leadership roles focused on enrollment, client success, implementation, and family support. Throughout those roles, she became known for her ability to guide families through important educational decisions with care, consistency, and trust. She also helped develop onboarding systems, family communication strategies, and support processes designed to ensure students felt confident and prepared from day one.

As Head of Admissions at TPH Academy, Jade will lead the admissions experience for prospective families across TPH Academy, helping guide student-athletes through the process of finding the right academic and athletic fit for their future. Her experience aligns closely with TPH Academy’s flexible, NCAA-accredited academic model, which is designed to support aspiring elite student-athletes as they balance high-level training, competition, travel, and academics without sacrificing educational quality or personal growth.
