9:00 AM – Arrival & Check-In
Families and athletes arrive, check in, and meet AV Academy staff. Check-in will be in the TPH Academy Classroom.

9:15 – 9:45 AM – AV Academy Overview Presentation
Inside the classroom, our team will walk through the AV Academy model, including our academic structure, training philosophy, and how we develop student-athletes on and off the court.

9:50 – 10:20 AM – ROI Performance Session
Athletes will participate in a dynamic warm-up and sport performance session led by ROI performance coaches, highlighting the volleyball-specific strength and athletic development component of the academy.

10:25 – 11:25 AM – On-Court Training Experience
Athletes take the court for a high-level training session led by AV Academy Head Coach, Adam Kindred, showcasing the technical instruction, pace, and standards that define our daily training environment.
